Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@glorivox.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely and include the return authorization email inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes:

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return. Please contact our customer support team if you have questions about the eligibility of your item.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
