Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Glorivox. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Address

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our support team after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glorivox.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- used items
- items damaged through misuse
- gift cards
- downloadable products, if applicable

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@glorivox.com. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item if eligible, and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need help, contact us at support@glorivox.com.
